All non-customized orders ship next business day. For customized orders please allow 7-10 days for processing and completion (rush options available for faster production, please see individual items to upgrade.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING: Orders of $100 or more qualify for FREE shipping! Orders less than $90 are a flat rate of $4.95. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (arrives in 2-5 days!). Express Overnight shipping is available for an extra fee at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL: All orders to Canada or Mexico are a flat rate of $7.99 per order. All orders outside of North America are just a flat fee of $12.99 only! All international orders are shipped First Class via USPS. Please note that customs can take 7-21 business days to arrive.

Great question! Some colors may differ slightly from what you see on your various devices (i.e. your computer monitor vs your cell phone screen). The model photos were taken outside so the direct sunlight can make some colors appear brighter than they are in person.

We proudly offer customization with heat transfer vinyl. The vinyl is cut to your specifications and pressed onto each product. This method provides a classy, clean and durable way to make each item special and personal. The vinyl withstands normal wear and tear, and does not fade or chip after washing. It will be in excellent condition to reuse long after the big day!

Our robes can be machine washed in cold water and hung to air dry. They may be steamed or ironed on a low heat to get rid of any wrinkles.

Yes. As long as your robe is not customized we offer a 30 day return policy from the date of receipt. Kadlee stands by the quality of our robes and we want to ensure that our customers are loved and appreciated! However, please note that if the package is damaged or shows signs of any wear then we cannot accept the return.
