All non-customized orders ship next business day. For customized orders please allow 7-10 days for processing and completion (rush options available for faster production, please see individual items to upgrade.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING: Orders of $100 or more qualify for FREE shipping! Orders less than $90 are a flat rate of $3.99. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (arrives in 2-3 days!). Express Overnight shipping is available for an extra fee at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL: All orders to Canada or Mexico are a flat rate of $7.99 per order. All orders outside of North America are just a flat fee of $12.99 only! All international orders are shipped First Class via USPS. Please note that customs can take 7-21 business days to arrive.

Production time is how long it takes to personalize your products. This only applies to customized orders. Please allow 7-10 days to process all customized orders prior to shipping. Need your order sooner? Simply choose the Rush Production option (2-3 days) for each product.

Great question! Some colors may differ slightly from what you see on your various devices (i.e. your computer monitor vs your cell phone screen). The model photos were taken outside so the direct sunlight can make some colors appear brighter than they are in person.

Our S/M robes fit most women who wear sizes 0-12, and our L/XL robes fit women who wear sizes 14-20. Kids’ robes typically fit children who are four to ten years old. Please refer to our size chart below for more information.

We proudly offer customization with heat transfer vinyl. The vinyl is cut to your specifications and pressed onto each product. This method provides a classy, clean and durable way to make each item special and personal. The vinyl withstands normal wear and tear, and does not fade or chip after washing. It will be in excellent condition to reuse long after the big day!

You can personalize your items any way you'd like, starting at $5! The most common are adding names, initials, and titles (ex: Bridesmaid). However, there are no restrictions! If you have questions or would like a custom order please contact us. If we can do it, we certainly will!

Our robes can be machine washed in cold water and hung to air dry. They may be steamed or ironed on a low heat to get rid of any wrinkles.

Yes. As long as your robe is not customized we offer a 30 day return policy from the date of receipt. Kadlee stands by the quality of our robes and we want to ensure that our customers are loved and appreciated! However, please note that if the package is damaged or shows signs of any wear then we cannot accept the return.
