GENERAL INFORMATION

For customized orders, please allow up to 5-14 days for processing and completion. All products are made-to-order. Fulfillment is then followed by 2-5 days for delivery, typically serviced by USPS and UPS. This nineteen day timeline is the basis for the delivery range estimate provided in the product description.

However, most orders are shipped and delivered well before 5-14 days!

Please note: We currently do not deliver canvases to P.O. Boxes as UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, so please provide us a different address to ship to.

Currently, the shipping speed options provided at checkout cannot be guaranteed at this time. Thanks to the ever-changing nature of the world, supply chain issues, staffing shortages, inclement weather and other issues are frequent and may cause delays in the shipping speed. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Orders of $50 or more qualify for FREE shipping! All orders are shipped typically from facilities in Georgia, North Carolina.

INTERNATIONAL

All orders outside of North America are calculated at checkout based on location and package weight. All international orders are shipped First Class. Please note that customs can take 7-31 business days to arrive. Situations arising due to the global situation may delay your package further. Kadlee is not responsible for additional fees or delays associated with customs. Expedited shipping may occasionally be available for an extra fee at checkout,  simply select "International Priority Shipping" to reduce the customs time frame to 6-10 business days.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping to Ukraine, Belarus and Russia is currently suspended. Kadlee Gifts Co. continues to closely monitor the situation.
