You may return any non-personalized products within 30 days of purchase. However, any items that are damaged or show signs of wear cannot be refunded.
Customized orders cannot be refunded because the original product has been altered. If a customized order was incorrect then we will either issue a refund or replace the item for you.
Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless there was an error with your order in which case we will waive this cost.
