• • HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING AND HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?

    Is your wedding just around the corner? Don't worry, we can get robes to you! We personalize and ship FASTER and more cost effectively than any of our competitors! We also DO NOT dropship any of our items as all of our inventory is kept on site for faster delivery and better customer satisfaction.

    All non-customized orders ship next business day (up to 2-3 days). For customized orders, please allow 7-10 days for processing and completion (Rush options available for faster production times, please see individual items to upgrade).

    Domestic Shipping: Orders of $100 or more qualify for FREE shipping! Orders less than $99.99 are a flat rate of $4.95. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (arrives in 2-3 days!). Express Overnight shipping is available for an extra fee at checkout.

    International: All orders outside of North America are just a flat fee of $14.95! All international orders are shipped First Class via USPS. Please note that international orders can take 7-21 business days to arrive. However, Kadlee Bridal is not responsible for delays with customs. Expedited international shipping is available for an extra fee at checkout.

  • DO THE COLORS ONLINE LOOK THE SAME IN PERSON?

    Great question! Some colors may differ slightly from what you see on your devices (i.e. your computer monitor vs. your cell phone screen). The model photos were taken in a well-lit environment and therefore may appear slightly brighter.

    However, we are here for you! We want your wedding day to be perfect too and if you're concerned about the exact shade, please contact us at info@kadlee.com so that we can work together to make sure the robes you order match your color scheme.

  • CAN I TRUST ORDERING THROUGH YOUR WEBSITE?
    Absolutely! Our site utilizes SSL (Secured Sockets Layer) technology which allows for our customers to use a safe, secure connection between you and the server. NEVER purchase from any site that does not show the "lock" in the URL with the words "secure" next to it, as they are most likely not SSL and NOT secured.
  • WHAT SIZE ROBES ARE AVAILABLE?
    Bridal robes are our specialty! Our S/M robes fit most women who wear sizes 0-12, and our L/XL robes fit women who wear sizes 14-20. Kids’ robes typically fit small children who are four to ten years old. Please refer to our size chart below for more information.
    

    

  • AM I ABLE TO PERSONALIZE EACH BRIDAL ROBE?
    Yes, of course! You can add a name or title for starting at just $5! Nowhere else will find such a great price for high quality personalization. You can also mix colors and sizes in the same order. All details for personalizing your robes should be selected from the drop-down menus in the product page. If you are looking for a title, font, robe color or font color that is not listed, please email us to see if we can accommodate your special requests!
    

    

  • WHAT TYPE OF PERSONALIZATION DO YOU OFFER?

    We proudly offer customization with heat transfer vinyl. The vinyl is cut to your specifications and permanently pressed onto each product. This method provides a classy, clean, and durable way to make each item special and personal for your loved ones. The vinyl withstands normal wear and tear, and vinyl does not fade or chip after washing. It will be in excellent condition to reuse long after the big day!

    You can personalize your items any way you would like, starting at $5! The most common are adding names, initials, and titles (ex: Bridesmaid). However, there are no restrictions! If you have questions or would like a custom order, please contact us. If we can do it, we certainly will!

    

  • HOW CAN I CLEAN AND PRESS THE ROBES?
    Our robes can be machine washed in cold water and hung to air dry. They may be steamed or gently and carefully ironed on a low heat to get rid of any wrinkles.

    

  • DO YOU ALLOW RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?
    Yes. As long as your robe is not customized, we offer a 30-Day return policy from the date of receipt. Kadlee Bridal stands by the quality of our robes and we want to ensure that our customers are loved and appreciated! However, please note that if the package is damaged or shows signs of any wear, then we cannot accept the return.

Standard Orders will be shipped within 24 Hours via USPS Priority Mail & will arrive within 2-3 days. If you require a rush order please choose express shipping at checkout.

Custom orders may take up to 7 days to ship.
