    Is your wedding just around the corner? Don't worry we can get robes to you! We personalize and ship FASTER and more cost effective than any of our competitors! We also DO NOT dropship any of our items as all of our inventory is kept on site for faster deliver and better customer satisfaction.
    All non-customized orders ship next business day. For customized orders please allow 7-10 days for processing and completion (rush options available for faster production, please see individual items to upgrade)
    DOMESTIC SHIPPING: Orders of $100 or more qualify for FREE shipping! Orders less than $90 are a flat rate of $3.99. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (arrives in 2-3 days!). Express Overnight shipping is available for an extra fee at checkout. INTERNATIONAL: All orders to Canada or Mexico are a flat rate of $7.99 per order. All orders outside of North America are just a flat fee of $12.99 only! All international orders are shipped First Class via USPS. Please note that customs can take 7-21 business days to arrive. Kadlee is not responsible for delays with customs. Expedited shipping is available for an extra fee at checkout, select "International Priority Shipping" to reduce the customs time frame to 6-10 business days.
  • What is production time and how long does it take?
    Production time is how long it takes to personalize your products. This only applies to customized orders. Please allow 7-10 days to process all customized orders prior to shipping. Need your order sooner? Simply choose the Rush Production option (2-3 days) for each product.

  • Do the robe colors online match what I will see when I receive them?
    Great question! Some colors may differ slightly from what you see on your various devices (i.e. your computer monitor vs your cell phone screen). The model photos were taken outside so the direct sunlight can make some colors appear brighter than they are in person.
  • Can I trust ordering online through your site?
    Absolutely, we have SSL (Secured Sockets Layer) which allows for our site to have a secure connection between our clients and the server. NEVER purchase from any site that does not show the "lock" in the URL with the words "secure" next to it, as they are most likely not SSL and NOT secured.
  • What robe sizes are available?
    Our S/M robes fit most women who wear sizes 0-12, and our L/XL robes fit women who wear sizes 14-20. Kids’ robes typically fit children who are four to ten years old. Please refer to our size chart below for more information.

  • Am I able to personalize each bridesmaid robe?
    Yes, of course! You can add a name or title for just $5! Nowhere else will find such a great price for high quality personalization. You can also mix colors and sizes in the same order. All details for personalizing your robes should be entered in the "Customization" details section found on each of our robes products page.
  • What type of personalization do you offer?
    We proudly offer customization with heat transfer vinyl. The vinyl is cut to your specifications and pressed onto each product. This method provides a classy, clean and durable way to make each item special and personal. The vinyl withstands normal wear and tear, and does not fade or chip after washing. It will be in excellent condition to reuse long after the big day!
    You can personalize your items any way you'd like, starting at $5! The most common are adding names, initials, and titles (ex: Bridesmaid). However, there are no restrictions! If you have questions or would like a custom order please contact us. If we can do it, we certainly will!
  • What types of fonts and colors can I choose from?
    Great question! We offer a wide variety of fonts and colors to choose from so you can be creative with your customization. Please see the following charts below for available fonts and colors. If you do not see a color or font you are looking for, please reach out to us and we will work to be accommodating towards your request.        
  • How can I clean and press the robes?
    Our robes can be machine washed in cold water and hung to air dry. They may be steamed or ironed on a low heat to get rid of any wrinkles.
  • Do you allow returns or exchanges?
    Yes. As long as your robe is not customized we offer a 30 day return policy from the date of receipt. Kadlee stands by the quality of our robes and we want to ensure that our customers are loved and appreciated! However, please note that if the package is damaged or shows signs of any wear then we cannot accept the return.

Standard Orders will be shipped within 24 Hours via USPS Priority Mail & will arrive within 2-3 days. If you require a rush order please choose express shipping at checkout.

Custom orders may take up to 7 days to ship.
