It's 2019, and there are so many alternatives to rice exits that will look much prettier in pictures!
Maybe your grand wedding exit is something you've always dreamed about, and you have a detailed plan for how you and your new hubby will ride off into the sunset together. But if you're like most brides, this is something that typically gets pushed from your mind until the last stages of planning. It may not be the biggest concern, but it is definitely a romantic and photo-worthy moment, so you want to do your best to help your photographer out.
Luckily, Kadlee's got you covered (figuratively and literally!) Here's some inspiration for the backdrop of that final wedding day kiss!
#1 - Sparklers
You've definitely seen this before, but we had to put it on the list, obviously. Sparkler exist are the most popular. They look AMAZING in photographs. However, your venue may not allow sparklers, so be sure to confirm with them if you're going this route! Also, keep in mind that if your wedding ends before sunset, they won't show up in pictures.
#2 - Bubbles
If you're doing a daytime wedding, bubbles are the PERFECT way to go. They're classy but cute, show up well in photographs, require no clean up, and add an element of fun and nostalgia for your guests!
#3 - Confetti
This works best for daytime weddings, but can also work well for nighttime with the right lighting. It's messy, so check with your venue or make sure you designate someone to gently sweep the area outside after you're gone!
#4 - Rose Petals
Classically elegant and romantic, any sort of flower petal fling will do (but roses are beautiful and show up so brightly in pictures!) Bonus: petals won't pelt you like rice will, or be forbidden by many venues as sparklers are.
