Orders

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. You can also pay using Paypal, Google Pay, Apple Pay or Shop Pay.

In the event you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact us within 24 hours of your order at info@kadlee.com. As all of our products are custom made, changes after 24 hours will not be allowed.

*Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at info@kadlee.com within 24 hours after placing your order with an e-mail titled "Shipping Address Change" to route to the appropriate department.

Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has shipped.

While some things last forever, our discount codes do not. All discount codes will come with an expiration date at the time that they are issued, so that you can plan your shopping date accordingly!

Please keep in mind that discount codes cannot be combined with any other offers that may be live on our site at the time that your order is placed. 

We recommend copying and pasting your exact code into the coupon box to apply your discount. Keep in mind that promo codes cannot be combined, nor can they be applied towards shipping.

If your credit card was declined when you first tried to place your order, you’ll see a pending transaction in your account. Don’t fret! We do not capture funds for declined transactions, and this charge will automatically drop off your statement within a few business days.

Due to the low cost nature of our products we do not currently send samples. Thank you for your interest!

Unfortunately, we are unable to honor any promotions for orders placed outside of the promotional time frame as this would be unfair to the rest of our customers. We’re so sorry for any inconvenience, and appreciate your understanding!

Unfortunately, coupon codes cannot be combined, nor can multiple codes be applied to a single order. Coupon codes cannot be combined with any other offers that may be live on our site at the time that your order is placed. 

Always make sure to review your order summary prior to completing checkout to make sure you are snagging the best deal for your goodies! 

We’re so sorry for the mix up with your order! Please email our Customer Care team by clicking  HERE with your order number and pictures of the following: the stamped initial/number on the outside of your envelope or box, the order packing slip with with the stamped initial visible, and a picture of the products you did receive. Please note that all order issues must be reported within 14 days of delivery. We’ll get YOUR order sent out ASAP!

Shipping

We ship to all 50 states in the US and Worldwide.

Unfortunately at this time, we do not offer expedited shipping. We have looked into it, but it is usually extremely expensive and may be more than half the purchase price of the product.

Production time for our personalized items is 7-14 days. Priority Shipping provided by USPS is an additional 3-5 days. All our products are made-to-order.

Once the order has been processed by our fulfillment team, a tracking number usually takes 1-3 business days to be generated. Please take note to allow 1-3 business days for your tracking information to be updated. If you have not received your tracking number within three business days or if the tracking status is "not available" within 1-2 business days from the time you have received your tracking number, please send us an email at info@kadlee.com 

As soon as your order ships you’ll receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number.  We may split your order into several boxes or bags, depending on the order size. 

We generally ship via UPS, Fedex, or USPS. If you are unable to receive one of these carriers, please let us know ASAP by emailing us.

All available shipping options will appear at checkout. Typically, we offer Standard (FREE if you spend $50!). Note:Unfortunately at this time, we do not offer expedited shipping. We have looked into it, but it is usually extremely expensive and may be more than half the purchase price of the product. In addition, shipping to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO address may cause delays.

Sorry about that! Sometimes, the carrier takes a few business days to register your shipment status.

Here are some reasons why tracking information may not be available:  - There may be delays between the scanning events and the website's updates. Once we have shipped the item, the tracking status will take a few days to be updated by the shipping carrier. Therefore, please hold on for a few more days and try again later. - The package may not be scanned until it reaches the regional hub near the destination.  - There may not be any updates available when the package is in transit. The tracking information should pick up again once your packages reaches your local area. The delivery time frame is valid regardless of the tracking information's availability online.

To best help you, please wait 48 hours before reaching out if your package is marked "delivered" but you haven't received it yet. Sometimes, the carriers will prematurely update the status! If your tracking number isn’t working, please reach out to us and we will get to the bottom of it. info@kadlee.com  

Our average delivery times are currently 10-14 days from the order date. This includes about 7-9 days to create your order, and 3-5 business days to deliver via UPS, USPS, or Fedex. During busy times like around Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, or Christmas, average delivery times can increase.Please note that there can be unforeseen circumstances that are beyond our control, such as UPS or USPS temporarily misplacing your order, that may delay your order. We will do our best to help resolve these issues.

We send you your receipt and order details immediately after you place your order, and we provide a buffer time of 24 hours before processing just in case you would like to make some changes. Unfortunately, once your order has been handed over to the mail carrier for shipping, we cannot guarantee the change of shipping address from our end. You may contact our customer service HERE

Returns & Refunds

At Kadlee. your satisfaction as a customer is important to us. Therefore, all products come with our 90 Day 100% Happiness Guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase within 90 days of receiving it, we will do our best to make sure you are happy with our resolution.  Understandably, because all of our products are personalized and can not be re-used, we do not accept returns. What we can do is send you a new, personalized product, or offer a refund after the original order has been delivered. Contact us at info@kadlee.com, and we will promptly respond to your inquiries.


Generally, all eligible returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order. We may designate a longer return window for high volume times like the holiday season (again, check your packing slip!).

Unfortunately, we do not and we will deduct the cost of shipping from your return.

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 5-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, here's what to do: Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before your funds return to you.

Sometimes, time in transit can be a little rough. If your order is damaged, wrong or defective in any way upon arrival, please contact us right away! Customer satisfaction is our top priority, so let us know at info@kadlee.com so that we can make it right.

Gifting

We’d love to help you with your order! Contact us at info@kadlee.com and we’ll get back to you right away.

Unfortunately, we cannot send greeting cards along with your order since it is not yet available in our website. Do not worry as we are currently working on adding it in our product line and will be launched soon!

The packaging will only include the shipping label for the order and a list of ordered item(s). Do not worry as the package will not include any information regarding the price.

Technical

Whether you’re trying to find the status of your order or if you’re trying to catch all those sweet deals, being in the loop is super important! Check out these tips to make sure you’re receiving all of our emails.

-Your Email (gmail, yahoo, etc) may be marking our emails as Junk or Spam mail. To stop this from happening, please add ‘info@kadlee.com’ to your email address book.

-Make sure you typed in the correct email address when you signed up with us. Our team can double check this information for you!

-During the checkout process, did you click the text box next to ‘Subscribe to our newsletter’? If you didn’t, this may be why!

You can unsubscribe from our emails by scrolling down into a previous email we've sent you and select unsubscribe. This will remove you from our emailing list!

If you change your mind later, you can still subscribe to our newsletters by signing up on our website or contacting our Customer Care Team! :)

Confirmation emails are typically received shortly after an order is placed. If you do not receive your confirmation email right away, however, don’t fret! Your confirmation email may experience a delay if your order was placed during a period of high order volume, such as an exciting new launch or promotion.
